Cozy Hideaway in the Duck Pond

Doesn’t follow their own rules, doesn’t care about the tenants that pay them, hides behind a phone and is only focused on their own greed. The smell they are mentioning was weed. The upstairs guests they have are illegally smoking weed and the large gaps under the door has the weed blowing into the entire apartment. He wanted my babies to sleep in this place like that. He refuses to issue a refund even though we checked out after less than 2 hours. Asked us to stay with secondhand weed blowing into the apartment. Unethical practices DO NoT stay here!!

The name is completely appropriate. Walking in felt like being home, it was exactly cozy! It felt secluded while being all of 5 minutes to our son's campus adjacent apartment. The dining options near downtown were all right around the corner. We traveled with our 2yr old beagle, and she's finicky about going to the bathroom while on a leash. We have a large fenced in yard at home. Cozy Hideaway also has a fully fenced in yard that is tremendous! We were able to let her out stress free and just go out and grab her business with baggies after. Spent some time Saturday watching college football on the big wall mounted TV in the den. The couches are really comfy, took a short nap on one mid-game. There's another TV in the bedroom that we didn't get around to using. While we packed properly for
