No In unit washer and dryers , the Laundry room is never clean and overpriced. Smalls cracks in baseboards and doors , allows for bugs and cold/hot air to come in resulting in higher electric bill Price is not worth it, staff is okay but definitely dosent feel like the community they try to say it is. They have “amenities” like the barebones “gym” and a pool that is saturated in so many chemicals and dirty . This is section 8 housing and has a lot of sketchy people , not to mention right next to a mental health facility. A combination of things that definitely wouldn’t go good . Mold in apartments. Laundromat is horrible, overpriced and most machines are routinely broken with weeks old clothes rotting in washing machines that don’t properly drain or spin your clothes. Maintenance threatened to fine every tenant because someone was smoking weed on the premises

Would give zero stars if possible. Had to wait nearly 7 months for my fridge to be replaced because it wasn't getting cold enough, had roaches when we moved in, water pressure in the shower is awful, my leaking windows were just fixed even though I've requested for them to be fixed months ago. One of our bathrooms the cold water pressure is non-existent even though they "fixed" it. Charge $4 per load of laundry but most of the washers are either gross, have dead bugs, are flooded, or are broken. The dryers don't dry my clothes all the way so then I have to add time to them which costs more. You'd think I was giving them enough money already so that doesn't happen. I'm not renewing my lease here and not going with c-star again after my experience. Overall living here has stressed me out and

I have lived at Cowboy Town Apartments for almost 2 years now. I have nothing positive to say about it. I would not advise anyone to live here. It is right Next Door to Grand Mental Health Center. I know there have been Some Individuals who were evicted and had to move out the Next Day. Oklahoma Law states that you have 30 Days to move out, so that is Illegal Practice. The Staff are all people that I do not ever want to be associated with. They are Rude, Unkind, and Unprofessional. Well, I'm just telling the truth here. Moving to Cowboy Town is entirely up to you.

These apartments used to be cozy and well-run under Ashelyn, who was a great leasing manager. Ever since Daeya Greenwood took over, the quality has completely fallen apart. The laundry room is a health hazard—the washers and dryers are never maintained or cleaned, they ruin clothes, and people even wash pet items in them, which is disgusting. Daeya plays favorites with certain residents, letting them smoke weed right in front of Buildings S & R (literally next to the leasing office) and allowing their German Shepherds to run loose and leave waste everywhere. Yet when I went through a difficult time after my father passed away from a stroke and simply asked if I could pay rent in installments, she refused to work with me.
