Covington Club Townhomes

Our experience with this community, especially with Gwen and Lissette, has been extremely frustrating. They consistently lied, gave false promises, and behaved hypocritically. When we found an available unit, we were ready to pay the early termination fee to move because it was better for our work and children. Instead of helping, they mocked us and made the process unnecessarily difficult. Despite explaining our situation and willingness to cover any costs, they refused to cooperate, showing complete lack of empathy and professionalism. They create unnecessary drama, give dishonest excuses, and treat residents disrespectfully. Overall, Gwen and Lissette are untrustworthy and manipulative, and we strongly do not recommend dealing with them. We are now trying to recover the $350 holding d

Covington Club is a very nice place to live. Clean community with good neighbors. Maintenance staff very knowledgeable and office staff very professional; always looking to work out any situation. Gwendolyn, Gisela and Lissette are always there to help. And the property is beautiful and apartments very comfy. I would come back one day without a doubt.

I am leaving this 5 star review for Brooke in the operations department. I am not a resident (yet) but she definitely went above and beyond helping me get in contact with the community. I was very pleased as to how much she was able to help me get in contact with the community, I understand things can get busy . she reached out to Gwendolyn and Gwendolyn reached out 3 mins later ! Wow ! So far I am very pleased with this community and hope to be a future resident ❤️

Big shout out to Gwen in the leasing office for going out of her way to help me get moved in and settled! She was always there to answer my questions and made sure I always had the right info. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and the apartment itself is perfect! Had some initial maintenance requests and they were resolved the next day. So far I'm super happy with the whole process and I'm glad I moved here!

I just want to give credit where credit is due. It’s not easy to work in a customer service related field especially when you’re answering questions (many of the same ones from different people) and different people in general. Gwendolyn is the person I’ve had the most contact with during my process and she has been very helpful. She went out of her way to make sure I was able to view Covington and I truly appreciate what she did. Now just looking forward to moving in❤️
