Ryan and Britany have been so incredibly helpful throughout our relocating. Moving can be such a long process, especially long distance relocation as my family has recently done. The team at Covey has made the transition so much easier for us, which has relieved a lot of the stress that comes with moving. They are so knowledgeable and supportive, Ryan has actually saved us hundreds through various limited time offers and discounts. The home is really beautiful and has a refreshing amount of storage space with plenty of closets, cabinets and drawers. The neighborhood is really cute and quiet, and the neighbors who I’ve had the pleasure of meeting already were so sweet and kind, I truly feel honored to be a part of this little community. Britney, Ryan, and the entire team have been wonderful! You can really see how much the neighborhood is improving it truly feels like it’s on the rise. The grounds are kept clean, maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always friendly and happy to answer any questions. We also had our first Food Truck Friday this week and it was a great experience! They’ve done an amazing job creating a real sense of community here. Thank you all!

I will be moving out after only a year at Claret Village. Here are some pros and cons of living here with photos. FYI, they have a new property manager that started July 1st 2025. Pros: -new construction and new appliances, so no mold, mildew, or roaches -in the beginning, very attentive maintenance and property manager (though this has begun to decline) -garage, lots of closet space for storage, private patio -overall safe area with no break ins and close proximity to the Lafayette trail for exercise -weekly lawn maintenance provided (but only in the summertime) -washer and dryer in unit Cons: -complete lack of pest control. They literally do nothing and we have not received the weekly pest control emails since April 2025. I have had to take matters in to my own hands, including killing

My short stay was absolutely amazing! I really appreciated how effective the whole team was when I had any concerns. Brittany, Ryan, Terry, and Tee instantly felt like family! One maintenance request was handled in 0.4 milliseconds 😄 I definitely recommend them and have already shared their awesome community.

Took a tour of these homes recently and I must say everything from the staff, neighborhood and the layout is very appealing. Britney and Ryan were extremely attentive, polite and knowledgeable. They stuck with me as they showed me a couple of the layout options they have available and answered all of my questions no matter how many I had. Such a charming neighborhood and I have moved them to the top of my list of places to move. Thank you!
