Coverstone I Apartments

worst experience ever. does not consistently have heat or ac. my apartment had no electricity for 3 days and it had my groceries all spoiled after spending so much money on them. They have mice. The leasing office never answers the phone. I spent the hottest month with no AC. if you really need a place to stay, it is cheap but is not worth all the mess they put you in.

I really hate these apartments. When it’s the winter time some times they don’t put the heater on until a month later. They also do that when it is summer. Me and my family had to buy 5 fans so we won’t feel hot. Also they take off our water some time when it is really cold outside they take away our hot water and when it’s really hot they take away our cold water. I remember they took away our water for 3 days and we had to go to this very nasty apartment just to get water there was bugs on the carpet also dirt and other gross stuff. I would not recommend to live here. Some good things here is that the neighborhood is very chill and they all mind there own business. They give out food here and the lady in the office are really nice people. I just really hate that they take away the water

I lived here for 3 years. It is very affordable but you get what you pay for. There are major mold problems in the bathrooms and my garbage disposal flooded my whole kitchen 3 times in the period of my stay. The buildings are in desperate need of remodeling. Also, the AC and heat are only available at separate times of the year. I believe the AC would kick in by May or so. That was an issue for me, since I prefer to keep my home on the cooler side. Roaches are a big issue as well, I believe partly due to the fact that a lot of people who live in the buildings completely trash their units. Neighbors were pretty loud late into the night and there is a problem with people loitering and smoking in the entryways. The apartments are very economic. I never had issues in my apartment. My neighbors where kind and friendly. The only thing I didn't like was Iiving on the 3rd floor. Moving was a pain. But the maintenance guy was very kind to help us move our furniture. I appreciated all the help we had to make our moved very easy.

I have lived here for one year and this is what you call affordable. The front desk lady Judy is the best thing since sliced bread. We were out of town and she went out her way to get us a spot to live because they fill up fast. The manager in the back is real chill as well. The place addresses any needs you have and regularly clean the buildings and hallways. Primarily Hispanic community but nobody bothers you and everyone is chill. They exterminate on a regular basis. Now in an imperfect world you would be bug free. No bed bugs and they again exterminate. So if you want to pay 1600 and think you in the Trump tower this is not for you. But....if you saving money and need a safe quiet place to sleep they got you. They even have a food center if your in need.
