5 Stars, ONLY because I cannot give 1,000. Ashley, Les, Johnny and the FAMILY @ Coventry are amongst the best people I have been blessed to encounter in my life. Ashley welcomed me into their community during Covid in 2020 where I lived comfortably and peacefully until my regretful but necessary departure out of state in late 2025. The residents remain lifelong friends, the neighborhood is ideal for individuals and families of all nature, the culture is one of togetherness. Safe, beautifully maintained, and convenient to everything (walkable shopping at 3 grocery stores, 3 minute drive to the 80/65, 5 minute drive to the Roseville Mall) while being tucked away into an enclave of its own. We loved living here and the community that it provided. Les, Ashley and Gallina in the front office are so friendly, helpful and always say hi. Johnny who does maintenance is attentive and works to resolve any issues right away. There are also a lot of nice amenities such as a workout room and pool. Something we used often. There is definitely a nice community vibe here. Plus it is a great area with parks and shops nearby. Highly recommend.

I moved into Coventry Park less than a month ago, but, my primary contact, Les Tanaka, was in touch with me for many months prior to my moving in. He kept me apprised of availability until just the right unit, for me, became available. Moving in general is challenging but Les helped me every step of the way. By now, he's answered dozens of questions for me quickly and professionally. So far, here are the things I like most about life at Coventry Park: The grounds are kept neat & clean, maintenance requests are not just handled but they're followed up on. I'm surrounded by every retailer I could possibly need, some are even within walking distance. Good: location to stores/schools. Garage included Bad: they take your entire security deposit even if you only rented for 8 months and did no damage. Rent also skyrockets once your initial lease ends.

Very unprofessional! Came in to do an inspection and did not have shoe covers for work boots or shoes. When we asked about getting shoe covers before walking on our carpet they made it seem like such an inconvenience to them (they did not even have them on hand which means they walk into everyone’s units with dirty work boots). Inspections happening all the time and micromanaged constantly for resident kids playing in grassy areas, things such as a storage bin being on patios, and constantly having a need to enter our unit or garage. We have never received this much micromanaging from an apartment complex and have been renting for over 6 years now.
