Not at all impressed with the way business is held. Someone who is in desperate need of a house wouldn’t see the corruption. But for someone who makes well over 6-figures… you would think that the sales manager, VP of sales, and ESPECIALLY the Division president would all be on the same page to help a buyer purchase their dream home. As an attorney of 15 years, I can assure you that this company will be served documents by buyers and potential buyers if they haven’t already. The complaints outside of my experience are insane. From the mistreatment and discrimination of their sales counselors, to the miscommunication and misconduct towards these builders. I am still waiting for my cooktop, fireplace and my backsplash to be finished right (moved in almost a month ago, they said less than one week). The guy that installed the venthood ripped the accent apart and now Coventry says they are not responsible. I also have no mantelpiece. Let me correct myself. They installed a mantelpiece that was 30" too small. But they want me to pay for the next one because I signed a paper showing a black and white picture of the mantel piece approving it. I do not recommend them. Nor Coventry nor Wilshire.

It took over 1 year to build a standard home with this company. They used the cheapest available contractors and constantly tried to pass-off low quality work.
