Agreeing with a previous reviewer that Coventry Warranty service is abysmal. Photos included. Initially our experience with Coventry was positive - our sales rep and original construction manager were great. Since our construction manager left Coventry, however, their warranty service has been horrible. We have made multiple requests that remain unaddressed for nearly a year and they are often unresponsive. Some supporting information: 1. Coventry Homes is an "Alternative Name" for M H I Partnership, with an F Better Business Bureau Rating. 2. Our home warranty was 2 years. When we submitted warranty claims after 1 year they attempted to claim that we only had a 1-year warranty. They communicated that they would "look into it" and there was no follow-up from Coventry afterwards. I had to
