Covenant Crossing Apartments

I have lived here 3 years this month, and I have always been very happy. The location and rent can not be beat in Nashville. Everything is very accessible. The property is clean and well maintained. The staff (led by manager Ms. Graciela, or Grace) is very responsive and helpful. My building is quiet, and my neighbors have been friendly. I feel fortunate to live here.

Though I didn’t live there, a relative recently did and we believe a maintenance man stole her irreplaceable heirloom jewelry and had the nerve to accept my relative’s offer for his family to enjoy and keep the items she couldn’t take. And instead of selling, she blessed them with the items. She didn’t know she was already robbed of jewelry whose location only the maintenance man (or accomplice) could’ve known about. She has evidence and police has on hold until she can be present. Also heard that they replaced a perfectly good large appliance and then jacked up her rent $500/month. Unless you replace all locks and have security think hard before you rent from these ppl no matter how nice it seems up front.

Let me first start by saying a big thank you to finally having & living at a property with amazing property manager. Maintenance and property staff are always happy and go above and beyond to get the job done. A huge Thank you! I have zero complaints. I enjoy all the amenities at this apartment complex and it was hard to find a place to accept my two small dogs but Covenant Crossing does. I want to give a big "WOW" to Ms. Grace; the property manager. She has made my move-in really smooth and answered all my community questions. I knew a resident that lived there in the past but moved out of town told me how well the manager took care of the complex and holds the staff at a high standard to make it welcoming. I look forward to staying here for a while.

Current residents. Office manager Heidi and staff have been fantastic so far. Super helpful, nice, considerate, caring. The maintenance staff is very nice & friendly. The apartment is spacious and love the open floor plan. Friendly neighbors, efficient washers and dryers in the main building (next door).

Great apartment complex! Management and maintenance are great and helpful! Any issues fixed immediately! Very quiet and safe. Apartments are spacious and well kept. It’s a great deal for Nashville area! Close to I-24, so you can get to downtown or any part of the city in minutes! I recommend it to anyone!
