Building a house from a distance (Dallas) Kolter made it a seamless experience with timely updates and photos/videos. They helped us through the design process by making suggestions. Our sales person left shortly after signing so Rebecca Steinhouse stepped in making sure we felt comfortable with the rest of the process. My husband and I recently purchased a home in Cove Royale. Every aspect of the purchase and the build were great. Kristy Keating was our sales agent and guided us through the buying process. We were moving to Florida from PA but our construction liaison Bree Beach and Ian kept us completely informed as the build progressed. We received a video and pictures at least every two weeks and were quick to address any questions or concerns we had. We couldn’t be happier with our new home purchase.
