Coval Homes - Tacoma

On July 31, 2025, Kitsap County granted us the certificate of occupancy for our Coval built home. If you are considering having a custom home built, we ‘strongly’ recommend Coval; we cannot be happier with the home that we are moving into. They have a great team and allow you to customize an existing plan to your desires. The Coval staff were outstanding: Miranda Beagley (Customer Concierge) greatly helped us with change orders and planning; Michelle Daniel (Product Line Manager) gave numerous wonderful ideas on how to improve on what we were planning, Paula Rippen (Finance) was responsive, kind and helpful, and finally Jason Pare our Project Manager was absolutely the best. My wife and I are in the process of building their Alderwood model. We just started. We have few months to go to finish. The work so far is on time, communication with Coval is excellent, especially with our project manager, Clif, they are kind and informative. Our house looks more beautiful than we expected. My wife and I purchased the 2734 floor plan, and we're happy we went through Coval Homes. We live in an area where all the homes are newer and built by 4 or 5 different builders. We get compliments ALL the time from our neighbors as Coval's signature oversize windows stand out among all the rest.
