This place is garbage and totally ghetto. The office staff are inept and shady in their practices. Realized after a week here that their buildings/units have cockroaches. They spray weekly if you ask, but before you consider that to be a + for the place, know that they don't even hire a professional company to exterminate pests. Instead they send some dumpster diver they hired, whom you're expected to let in your apt to splash Home Depot bought chemicals around your place. No thanks. Anytime you need some maintenance work done, you get put on some obviously imaginary list their crew is supposed to get around to completing. 3 months later and I'm still waiting. I’ve been living here for two months now and I’m very satisfied with this complex. At first it did seem a little ghetto and I thought I was going to regret signing a 12 month lease but so far it’s been great. No bugs, everything in the unit works and the neighbors are quiet and keep to them selves. The office staff are extremely nice and helpful. Maria is the best! She made the whole process of getting into my first apartment easy and answered any questions or concerns I had. I’m happy to call this place my home.

They allow homeless people to sleep in the hot water closets. This is not the first time this has happened. Last time a homeless person was using it to smoke his meth in. Office was notified, maintenance notified. They did nothing, no extra locks, no daily checks, nothing.

I have been living here SURPRISINGLY for 8.5 years just because the prices are lower and I had enough of this place. Back when I first moved here it was okay not bad. The whole place went downhill from BAD to WORSE . The management is the most disrespectful rude inconsiderate careless and incompetent management I ever dealt with in my life. I am a small business owner myself and I treat my customers with respect but this management at this apartment complex don't even know what respect is. I am planning to give my notice in the next month or two maximum. I already contacted a lawyer just in case. A lot of times the management is adding all kinds of fines fees or charges after you leave so I talked to my lawyer about this just to be safe not sorry. I do not recommend this apartment complex

It is almost like the front office takes maintenance issues and throw them away, that is until you threaten to withhold rent. Then the front office has the audacity to have attitudes when you come in for the same issue like it's their home they aren't comfortable in for $900/mo. Normally, I could forgive all this, but we live in Las Vegas and neither of my swamp coolers work. I've notified the original management (Canyon Pointe) and also Courtyard, as soon as I discovered the property was split in two. That was about three rent checks ago. Now it's summer and I have had no updates on them fixing out cooling system. I would never suggest living here even for a first apartment, which this is for me.
