I recently visited for a patient who I have staying here and was deeply concerned about the living conditions. The state of disrepair both inside and outside the apartments was alarming. The buildings appear old and poorly maintained, with floors that seem structurally unsound. I'm particularly worried about the residents, including families with children, who are living in what seems like an old, neglected motel. The interior of the apartments smells moldy, and the appliances and fixtures are outdated and in poor condition. It's heartbreaking to see people living in such circumstances, and I believe a thorough investigation by maintenance and management is necessary. When choosing a place to live, the most important factors are safety comfort and proper maintenance. However the biggest issue here is that their apartments are not only substandard but also suffer from completely disorganized management. Everything looks good on paper, but once you actually start living here a long list of issues begins to surface.from cleanliness to basic amenities, there are noticeable shortcomings, and if you report any problem the management either denies it or ignores you completely. Their apartments are not well maintained and the primary reason for this is the administration’s negligence and unprofessional approach which only worsens the existing problems instead of resolving them

Very disappointing, the initial perception of these apartments are very deceiving, management is below substandard,. The apartment that I received was supposedly renovated and ready to live in but once we moved in we noticed all of the unlivable situations here, there was no air conditioning at first, the appliances are very old, shabby, the floors are absolutely sickening.Photos included

These apartments are so bad off there are kids running around with guns and shooting up in the air and drive- bys shooting at people walking down the street.... They always shooting all the damn time every night and real early in the morning.... It's very dangerous at these apartments! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!
