I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, they did give us a lot of flexibility when moving. However, after my experience I can say that they take money where they can get it. Our billing statements make absolutley no sense, I was charged for carpet removal despite the fact I had a brand new carpet cleaner and cleaned those carpets religiously. From speaking to other tenants it seems if you bring a pet here (they say they are pet friendly) they will automatically replace the carpets because they can use that excuse. I was charged for "utility bill processing" even though I cancelled our services and I know for a fact from living there for a year I should not have been charged the amount I was when no one was living there. Do yourself a favor and don't rent from these scamsters. I was in my apartment for 4 years and was told that carpet cleaning will be taken care by them when I checkout and these scammers charged me 800$ for carpet cleaning. They are utterly unprofessional and may sound very polite at first but butter truth they are looking to hook you up for defaulting your credit score. I was threatened about debt collections getting the money I owed to them, that's what they'll respect for 4 years staying in their apartment, basically not trying to resolve the conflict at all.

DO NOT RENT FROM THESE SCAMMERS. Right from the beginning, Sean gave me an apartment I specifically asked for but couldn't see it before my move in date due to covid. I was luckily able to get a new unit that just opened, but the rent was more. There was a wasp nest when I moved in, and I later found several nests under the balcony ledge. The walls are SUPER line, so if you have loud neighbors, you can hear their phone convos. The main issue; however, was when they STOLE money from my deposit once I already left. They deducted money for cat urine even though I paid for the carpet cleaning. The office staff is very anti social. They make you feel like you are bothering them. They charged us for replacement of carpet and kitchen floor for damage that was not even there. Their maintenance staff did a walk through inspection 2 weeks prior to move out so they would know what vendors to schedule for repairs. One of the men stated how the apartment was so clean and that it was one of the cleanest he’s ever seen that close to move out. My upstairs neighbors have also been in my apartment and have also defended the false claims that they are trying to charge me for. I noted during the inspection that the carpet was going to need to be replaced….but not for reasons they are claiming.
