Courtyard Apartments & Mini Storage

I hardly leave reviews but in my 22 years of renting this was by far the worst ran apartment complex I’ve ever lived at. I wish someone would have warned me before I move in so this is my warning to others. The management will make grave mistakes that put you out $$$ and treat you terrible over their own admitted mistakes. The looks of this property are deceiving and they’re not worth the rent they’re charging AT ALL. I wasn’t willing to break a lease but had trouble from the first day moving in until we were able to move out at my lease expiration and it was like falling down a flight of stairs dealing with this property the ENTIRE time. RENTER BEWARE.

Courtyard Apartments in Granbury is a fantastic place to call home. Although the apartments may be older, they are impeccably well-maintained by the amazing staff. Their dedication and hard work truly make a difference. It almost feels like living in a cozy tree house with all the lush and tall trees surrounding the complex. Not only do they prioritize the exterior beauty, but the interior of the apartments is also kept up-to-date and modern. My husband and I love it here! Taylor has been a blessing from the beginning. She helped us with any issue we have had so far (which aren’t many). Anytime there is something amiss, Taylor makes sure it is taken care of. She makes sure we are happy and that there are no pests about the apartments. We have absolutely no issue with them and hope to stay happy living here!

I can't say enough good things about the Courtyard Apartments. They're beautiful, spacious, and very well maintained. The complex is quiet and safe, and all my neighbors are friendly. Michelle is a delight to talk to and always willing to go above and beyond to help. Jeff is quick to fix any issues when they arise (which is rare). I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an apartment in Granbury.

Living here has been great. I love the atmosphere, the scenery, and the pool! They keep it very well maintained, and also fix any problems you have to the slightest detail. I love Michelle, the manager she is absolutely incredible, I highly recommend this apartment complex.
