Courtney Manor Apartments

I recently moved into Courtney Manor, and my experience so far has been extremely disappointing. My apartment was not move-in ready at all, and after a week, most issues still have not been addressed. When I moved in, my unit had multiple unsafe and unsanitary conditions, including: • Heavy spider webs, dirt, and dead bugs throughout • Appliances that were dirty, mismatched, and not functioning properly • Drawers and cabinets that will not open or close correctly • Exposed screws, missing knobs, and chipping paint throughout the apartment • A filthy laundry closet with lint buildup (a fire hazard) and no outlet for a washer/dryer • A strong mildew odor in the storage closet with pest droppings — maintenance even painted over the spider webs and dirt instead of cleaning it, and I had to cl

It’s incredibly peaceful. I spent my first few mornings drinking coffee by the window, enjoying the natural light flooding the living room. The neighbors are so friendly, and the building has a quiet, calm energy that makes it easy to unwind after a busy day.🤟🏻💯🫶🏼

Just moved in about a month ago wanted to get settled in before posting anything, Kaitlynn and the rest of the staff where a great help. I was able to get approved and moved in pretty fast. I enjoy my view of the pond in the back and the complex is quiet with security cameras so thats a great plus.

Kaitlynn was so Helpful! Me and my husband went on a tour with her she was extreamly knowledgeable about the community and all the expected fees. We look forward to applying and calling Courtney manor our home!

The front office staff is truly amazing, but Faith is something special. From the moment we walked in, she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even took extra time to entertain my energetic, hyper son, which meant more to me than words can express. It’s not every day you meet someone who treats you like more than just another appointment, but Faith did exactly that. Customer service is the heart of any great office, and this entire team delivers it beautifully — warm, kind, and attentive from start to finish.
