I had to find an apartment after the sale of my home for my daughter and I and Courtney Downs was an ideal and a very nice rental that exceeded my expectations. The application and move in process was seamless. The natural open space trails were so nice and the pool was spa like. Staff in the office was always receptive to questions. Definitely recommend this apartment.
