Courtland Square

I rent from a private landlord and my landlord is great but the people in the office are racist and very rude. There is a president in every building and the old president was great they now have 2 presidents in building 31... one of them asked me to pick up after my dog after she urinated on the front grass.. how can I pick up urine?! There is no sign where it says keep pets off! She had the audacity to call the association and lie and say my dog has been in the hallways urinating. They are all the same race. This is discrimination and disgusting. Please if my landlord had other apartments available I would gladly move of this courtyard. Please do not live here! And not to mention they towed my car after 1 day the complex sticker was expired. They are ridiculous here! They don't help out

One of the worst places I’ve ever lived, stay the hell away from this place nightmare all the way from the management. Very rude not helpful at all tried to sell my condo. They gave me hell. Plz be careful not a good place to invest. I wish I could give them a zero.

Lady with Paltiniun blond hair is ridiculous. She is so rude and negative . No matter what year you walked in ask help or pool pass/ car sticker she will give you very hard time. Why her response is always no no I can’t do that. She’s a servant to the public and tenants but act like a dictator. Been living here 6 years not once she smiled or said anything positive helpful. Rude heifer got to Go!!! SHE NEEDS TO BE FIRED!!!

horrible new management, the 2 girls in the office are clueless and always BUSY, because they dont what theyre doing and probably dont know how to do their jobs. the front desk always on the phone for God knows what. the so called manager in the office works like 3 hours a day at most chitchatting in polish lol

Blonde lady is super rude and unwilling to help your whatever you ask for . What’s the point of working there if you’re not kind enough to help tenants ! She’s probably the manager !
