Courtland Place at Rainier Court

Last year I was EXTREMELY disappointed with Mercedes. Fast forward to now the new leasing manager is Katrina, not only did she say relax I got you, she kept her word and we're going to be starting to move in tomorrow and she kept it on the deadline for our storage unit.

*****UPDATE 5/2025***** ZERO STARS!! Whole complex was flooded in January. So they pulled up the floors and countertops and guess what? It’s still like this. No screens still either. Same funky now 3 times over flooded carpet in my room. I’m seeing a throat and eye and ear doctor because I’m having a hard time breathing now. People still live in the laundry room. Poop in the stairwells. No security. They did secure our mailboxes but now it’s only open business hours. Only two elevators. And this is a 55+ government funded building. They also did upgrade the washer and dryers to coinless appn only. Convenient. I understand how to use it but my mom doesn’t and no one else here does. They never offered a class or anything. At least offer a laundry card to the tenants. A lot of older folk

Needs a lot of updating in the units need a better management team that cares about people and property.all of their units needs newer appliances and paint in all units for all tenants before they raise the rent. They are very restricted of using washer and dryers past office hours including having access to get your mail, they also restrict use of tv cabana room, exercise room and pool room area that has a kitchen the hours of office changes as does office staff very unfriendly staff that has a high turnover of staff that may steel rent money and large packages left in their office the inner structure in some units needs improvement because it’s falling apart in their units.

This is an ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE place to live. The Managers of this place has continue to mysteriously "lose" payments and payment information for some of the residents. The elevators rarely work which is an extremely dangerous situation for the residents with mobility issues.the Management turnover rate is alarming..If you can find ANY OTHER place for yourself or your loved ones to live PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO SO.

My Sister lives here. The views are spectacular from her 6th floor apartment. Her 2 bedroom has all the amenities except for the in-unit washer & dryer. The bathroom is very spacious and the tub & shower has rails on 2 sides so you won't slip or fall.
