The Best office assistance by Sherylyn, Kelly, and Kathleen. The Maintenace team is excellent also. The Landscaping and and Swimming Pool are excellent. Plenty of Functions for us. This place cares about Senior Citizens. Great upbeat atmosphere in Clubhouse,including Gymn, Library, 2 Big Screen TVs, a big Tree that is always decorated for Season or Reason...Ex. Valentine's day..I have been here almost 10 years, no problems and safe.

Management is always receptive to our needs. All staff is always friendly and helpful, including the maintenance staff. My only concern is that some residents on the top floors do not take care of the blowing debris from the trees in front of their apartments which causes it to continuously blow back to the residence that do. We’re all seniors here, and a select few should not have to clean up after other residents.

This is a wonderful place to call home! There are lots of things to do, and my neighbors are second to none! When I moved here to Court Senior in August of 2024 I moved in sight unseen, the e best decision I could have made. The staff is great and maintenance is top notch. Thanks Court Senior!

Kathy was awesome 👍 she kept calling to check on me and I was thinking I was turned down! I was so disappointed and she made me at ease and assured me I was approved regardless of the negative credit score. Everyone at Court has welcomed me with open arms from the: Manager, Maintenance, Tenants and staff. I'm so glad I'm here and hope it can only get better. Thks mucho, Kathy you're a Superstar!

Court Senior Apartments are clean, responsive of resident needs and community driven. We have felt welcome from the first day and particularly enjoy the daily calendar events. We love the warm, kind environment from staff and fellow residents.
