My husband and I truly enjoyed living here in the beginning. The staff is nice, and maintenance does a great job keeping the property clean and looking presentable. At first, we were happy with our decision. However, as time went on, we became very disappointed with the overall living experience. The neighbors to the side of us and above us were constantly fighting, yelling, stomping, and playing loud music at all hours. The walls are very thin, so you can hear almost everything, which made it extremely difficult to relax or feel comfortable in our own home. It often felt like there was always something going on, and the ongoing noise and disturbances created a stressful environment. Daryl has great customer service and is very helpful. New beautiful apartments! The manager is so friendly and definitely answers questions at a fast pace.

The community itself is nice. The inside of the apartment does have questionable craftsmanship. Things from caulking, warping vinyl flooring, even the door trim have signs of not being either installed properly or just not a quality material. There are power surges occasionally which I noticed during some time off I had a while back. Make sure not to have anything of high value still connected if you’re leaving for the day just as a precaution. Moreover, the main fault of the community is the parking situation. It is difficult to get an additional parking as the community is full at the time of writing this which is understandable. The management of the property has been great. No complaints. I can't say the same for some residents. Some are just nasty. Won't clean up after pets. The elevator is always dirty with either garbage or liquid over the floor or both. Management cleans the elevators. I have seen them do it, but some residents just dont like a clean and comfortable environment, it seems.

I’ve been trying to hold my tongue, but it’s time a review is done. This place is nice overall, and honestly has the potential to be great. However in the time that I’ve been here, there have been TOO MANY problems. I’m not even sure where to start. 1. They are always changing/adding rules. Ex. We have one perfectly fine working parking system(which I pay monthly for) suddenly almost a year into living here, they change the parking rules. They bring in this towing company and make us register with them so that our cars won’t get towed away, but make us pay a yearly membership for it. WE ALREADY PAY MONTHLY TO PARK HERE, WE ALREADY HAVE PARKING PASSES. Why do I now need an extra online pass to not be towed?
