County Green Apartments

County Green has an awesome property manager. They are so kind and helpful. I have had no complaints other than the washer and dryer being way too small. The maintenance men are also very considerate and helpful as well.

Do NOT live here unless you're absolutely desperate. If you lived in CG before and are thinking of coming back, think again. Everything is outdated, and they tried to charge all of us for THEIR blinds dry rotting. First of all, why would i pay for something I didnt install or break myself? Absolutely not. A portion of our ceiling collasped in on us and they guess what? Still kept our deposit, because of course they did, and no we didnt leave the apartment a mess. All because the property managers didn't send out an email telling residents to drip their water faucets at night on the coldest night of the year. This resulted in multiple units flooding, and while the maintenance workers did their best(shout out to them), the property managers couldnt have cared less. 🙄 There was an elderly wo

If you enjoy the smell of mold and marijuana than this is the place for you. Even the management office smells like marijuana. Complained multiple times to Cassie, the property manager, she couldn't care less, said she put in a work order. That was 8 months ago. No one has come to do anything about it.

Helpful staff, quiet area, spacious apartments and great prices for the area.
