Do yourself a favor and hire a good inspector before buying a house from this company. The house we purchased was advertised to us as being upgraded and move in ready. We were first time home buyers and did not know all of the things to look for/ask about. We have had nothing but problems since moving in and have spent THOUSANDS of dollars trying to repair. The basement flooded two days after we moved in, the HVAC system had to be repaired/replaced, the pool had a leak (huge repair), the "new" bathroom toilet was leaking and had to be replaced, the shower had major plumbing issues (flooded the basement again!) the windows were all painted shut and the "landscaped yard" was done to cover the many tree stumps left behind. We have dealt with Jeremy, the staff in the office & the maintenance team for several years while renting. These folks have been so helpful with anything and everything we have needed. I highly recommend this company and it’s because of Jeremy’s hard work and dedication to his job.

Update. This review is for countryside only and not my realtor. I never had a phone call from countryside I was the one looking for answers and never got any . I won't call anymore if I don't have to. Thanks. Whoever answering the phone has lack of customer service experience, I can even hear her attitude through the phone, if you buy a home from them make sure you got everything fix before you sign anything, after that you are on you own, they aren't able or Happy to help you and tell you to call thirty thirty even though they offer you coffee when you were signing contracts and putting +30k down for a house inside their building 👎 They deserve 2 ⭐ because they have the option for owners finance otherwise 1⭐keep in mind thirty thirty is the lender not countryside. Maintenance is terrib

I would highly recommend Countryside Homes if you are looking for a non traditional way to own your own home. The contracts were very simple and to the point, Ashley and her team were very responsive and straightforward with the entire process and always available if we had questions or needed further explanations. We even decided to move up our closing date and they were able to accommodate on short notice.
