Countryside Apartments

Love it here! Small , quaint apartment complex. I moved here from Farmington and love being in a smaller town/community. The maintenance guy is very kind & any time I've had a maintenance request it has been scheduled and completed in a timely manner, unlike my old apartment complex. I highly recommend.

Deteriorating conditions, maintenance that promise to fix things, then gives excuses why things didn't get thongs done or fixed. Druggies running around everywhere. And on top of all that fun they increase your rent ever year. I don't think callings them slum lords would quite capture the vileness of that forsaken place.

They charge you outrageous monthly rent. Anything that breaks down, you're out of luck. IF they do decide to replace said item, it's replaced with POS. There are NUMEROUS tenants that I've spoken with that will agree to EVERYTHING that I'm saying. It appears that this company wants top dollar for rent, but doesn't want to pay out of pocket for the replacing of what is necessary!! And maintenance is, at best, subpar. Plus, it seems like there are many druggies that live/visit. Do yourself a favor, run, don't walk to ANY place else.

Don't move here. I moved in with my fiance here in February- after living in their other property in Tulsa (which is trash as well!). It was problems from the behinning- but the landlord tries to say it was me, starting drama. He says I was demanding. No, I just know if you pay rent- stuff should be fixed. The doors were flooding, from giant gaps. We had a leak from the ceiling- and he wasn't at the office (on a weekday!). When we called- he said his own house was flooded & we would have to wait until the following Monday, because he wasn't driving. The neighbors here- they gossip with the landlord. And, God forbid anyone complain on you- its gotta be your fault. My door, my house & my car were vandalized on this property. And, the landlord didn't do anyrhing- said it was my problem. The r

This place is a massive joke! Outrageous rent prices for slumlord living. If the people who are “in charge “ had to live there, no way in hell would they. Perhaps if they actually cared about the tenants, they’d spend the money to have decent living conditions!
