Country Villas Apartments

Five stars because they try, but... it's an older complex with standard apartments, a handful of amenities, and somewhat updated appliances. The landscapers and other entities keep up nicely, and the maintenance guy Ryan is always attentive and quick to help if there are any problems. It's animal friendly (free poo bags; leashes required), the laundry room is decent (card only), and pretty quiet (at night). It's worth a tour, but use your best judgement as to what suits your needs... -Cons: rent price, litter, dog poop, roaches, visitor parking, thin walls, unsupervised at times. +Pros: location, swimming pool, green landscape, weather, cordial neighbors, private garage.

Jeff is an absolute asset to this complex. He consistently goes above and beyond,always greeting residents with a friendly attitude and tackling tough jobs without hesitation. The laundry room is often left in terrible condition overnight, yet Jeff shows up and handles it with dedication and care. His commitment to keeping the outdoor areas clean and welcoming every single day does not go unnoticed. We truly appreciate everything he does to maintain a safe, clean, and pleasant environment for all of us. Thank you, Jeff!

At country villas we had a lot of issues roaches wise and they were quick to get somebody in. As well as we had a SUPER bad mold problem that they had us stay in and wouldn't provide a way for us to get out of it until like a week later.. and I was pregnant! I personally find the staff not as helpful with certain things when it comes to helping their tenants. But, most of all the maintenance guy Ryan was the best through it all. He actually put time in to make sure everything was good in our apartment. He did his best and in a timely manner!

Be extremely careful about parking here. The visitor spots are almost always full, and even when you think you’re parked appropriately, there’s still a real chance you’ll be towed. The towing trucks are constantly circling the parking lot, which makes the whole situation feel more like a trap than a service. It also seems like the complex has a close partnership with Western Towing, as their trucks are always on-site and towing appears to happen frequently. After my car was towed, I noticed the complex put up a new sign designating the area as a tow-away zone — which makes it clear this is a recurring issue. On top of that, the towing company did not provide clear or complete details about the tow, adding even more frustration to an already expensive situation. I’m now too nervous to par

Horrible self-guided tour! I got there and the tour parking spaces were full. I called the number send to me to view text message to inform personal about the conflict. I was given a parking space number to park but when found, it was taken already by someone. I called the number twice to speak with someone but no answer or even a call back!! I ended up leaving the property without even starting our tour. DON'T EVEN BOTHER IN WASTING YOUR TIME GOING THERE! If that's how clients are treated now imagine when living there. Very unprofessional management!
