After contacting my agent and telling me my bid on a foreclosure they listed was accepted, they again went silent for a week only to come back and say the seller went with another offer. This after waiting roughly 4 weeks from the time I submitted my bid for the listing price! It wouldn't surprise me if they helped a family member or a friend get the inside knowledge on what my bid was. Stay away from foreclosures, but consider working with another agency. You also have to question an agency whose owner has to give itself a 5 star review with no comments. It's one of the 5 current ratings you can see here and the name of one of the owners is listed. Seems a little suspect.

Reviews don’t lie, one of two types of “customer service” non-existent or if you’re lucky enough (unlucky) to speak to someone, they are rude.

Sent a fraudulent check into my bank account....

Can't get them ɓy phone ,it goes to fax.Cant use website,it says it's not working. How do you get them to buy a home?

Excellent group to work with. It was refreshing to have a realtor give me an honest assessment of the houses I was looking at, it has had me coming back for 12+ years.
