Country Place

I really like my apartment with the spacious vaulted ceiling and patio. The pool is nice. The gym equipment is broken though. And the spot where the playground once was has been empty for at least a year and a half. The staff are great, but I feel like the owner isn’t giving them the resources this place needs to be great. You can tell this place used to be great, and word is that it used to have roving security guards. But now parts of the buildings are falling apart, there’s a park bench that has clearly been hit by a truck, the hot tub jets don’t work so it functions as a tiny kiddie pool in the same way that a broken escalator just becomes stairs. Best Apartment Complex I have experienced so far. Very ideal and close to my place of employment. It’s Very peaceful, friendly, the atmosphere is therapeutic, and I was able to have one of the best consultants give me an amazing tour. Ronesha was very professional, well detailed, and answered all questions I had 😌. Definitely would recommend The Country Place for future residents.

We are new residents switching from different apartments located next door. We had to move very last minute but the ladies up front in the office are fabulous and extremely helpful. It was a very anxious process during our transition but both ladies eased my anxiety. The floor plans are gorgeous. They take their time showing you the units, answering questions, and the apartment complex inside and out are very clean. They were redoing a unit when we were touring and you can tell they paid attention to detail while doing it. Residents there are also friendly and have good relationships with front office. We lived next door for a while and Country place seems very quiet. The amenities from the sparkling clean pool open all year to the fully equipped gym are kept up with very well. We are exc

i have been living here less then a year and i just renewed for another year! this is a Great affordable apartment! Only 7 minutes from where i work on base which is very convenient , maintenance is very reliable and comes quick. Staff are very helpful and kind, always responds within a timely manner and very respectful! no surprise charges, you will always know how much your bill is. 9/10 overall i love this apartment complex!

My husband and I lived here from May 2023-March 2024. While living there we had cars towed, for no reason, someone was murdered, multiple break ins, gate was rarely closed/worked, pool was open for maybe 1 month, the AC unit was always broken, Maintenance entered our unit without permission, and so much more. He was active duty military. We paid to break our lease. The rent plus $1000 was paid. I turned the keys in. I received an eviction notice from them at the end of April, after over a month of not living there. They had notice, they had the keys, and obviously did not communicate within their own office with each other.
