Beautiful property with lots of good amenities and very walkable with lots of things being nearby. Staff was very helpful explaining pricing and fun things to do close to me and Sebastian went above and beyond while we toured a unit by offering my coffee and making me feel like family! Would definitely recommend if you’re going to a&m or just looking for a nice spot in the city, 10/10 on location, aesthetics, and hospitality! I look forward to renting a unit in the future!

My sister will be moving in next month, and we’re very excited! The staff has been extremely nice and professional throughout the entire process. The property is very clean and well-maintained, and the free parking is a huge plus. We’ve had a great experience so far!

Country Place Apartments is honestly one of the best places to live in Bryan. The area is quiet, the property is kept clean, and maintenance actually responds fast when you need something. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they make the move-in process super easy. The apartments themselves are spacious, affordable, and feel really comfortable and safe. Parking is good, neighbors are chill, and the location is close to everything without being noisy. I’ve had a great experience here and would definitely recommend Country Place to anybody looking for a nice, affordable place to stay in Bryan.

I loved the tour of this place it’s a nice quiet neighborhood right down the road from a&m. The apartments are actually cheap and had a lovely time chatting with the staff, they were more than accommodating and made sure all my questions were answered. 10/10

Ive been here 1 full year and honestly couldnt be happier. Ive been well taken care of by ms.Jinel and the staff countless times. They are very understandings and have no problems with helping unless you bring them inconvienences,which noone likes. I would definitley refer family and friends to stay here,caring staff,open gym and summer pool with polite neighbors. Thank you again ms.Jinel and staff!
