Country Oaks Apartments

I lived in these apartments for eight months, but it was difficult to manage all the bills while living alone and without reliable transportation to work. I take pride in my perseverance, and I will always remember these apartments as my first home. I appreciated the quiet environment, and initially, the lease manager, Maria Budd, was friendly. However, when I inquired about ending my lease early, she abruptly brought up eviction and court proceedings. She never followed through with taking me to court, which is required by law to determine my remaining payment days before eviction. Instead, she unlawfully evicted me and disposed of my belongings.

Came in one afternoon and found that I was able to move in right away and the property manager Maria was very kind and helpful t get me and my family a new place that we can call home

Maria is a fantastic woman with a kind heart and more patience than i ever saw in any other landlord. Eents are held around holidays, encouraging people to come together and the maintenance does their best to be speedy about the many requests they get. These may not be the fanciest apartments, but crimes low, the landlord kind and the people pleasant!
