Contractor never knew when subcontractors would be on the job. Contractor increased building of the house by $30k due to Covid increasing material costs. We constantly told contractor that we absolutely did not want to go over budget. End of the build contractor billed us for overages he made without our approval. Do not use this builder as all he cares about is increasing his bottom line.
Electrical, plumbing, carpet, interior trim,sheetrock, water drainage all issues. Followup with builders subs terrible.
Great Builders and nice people to work with.
