Country Crest Townhomes

This place sucks. The staff is friendly while they stab you in the back. They do nothing for you except tell you to go to the web portal. The pool is a madhouse. There almost no parking for guest. The water is always off when you need it. They schedule inspections on the day of which gives no time to secure pets. The dumpsters when not overflowing are picked up super early several times a week and it’s very loud. The yard maintenance never cuts the weeds in front of the apartment. Your mailbox will be slammed full of former residents mail. They never clean the outside of the apartment including windows. Then at the end they charge every penny they can get from you. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. Anywhere else.

We've thoroughly enjoyed our time at Country Crest. The office staff consistently provides exceptional service, always friendly and helpful. The community is well-maintained, and the location is ideal. We highly recommend Country Crest for anyone seeking a comfortable and convenient living experience—a definite five-star rating! 💕

I have not lived here personally but I have a friend that does and she invites me over to go swimming in the summer. This complex is absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly and the Manager is wonderful. I have had the pleasure of meeting her on multiple occasions and she is such a joy. The property is clean and each unit has its own little private patio which I think is amazing. Guest parking is pretty limited so I do sometimes have to park on either Eastridge or Stoney Ridge but it's not that far of a walk to her apartment so it's not a big deal. If my husband and I had to move out of our house for any reason this would be my first choice of apartments to rent.

While the apartments are located in a nice and convenient spot in town, here’s a list of some issues I had living at Country Crest Townhomes: -I lived two units down from one of the managers, and she was constantly peeping in our patio and getting in our business. No sense of privacy at all. -Both apartment managers consistently misgendered my trans roommate despite being corrected. It’s 2025, as a professional representing a company you should respect people, at the very least, even if you don’t agree. -We had a mold issue in our AC unit and they never came to clean it. Just blamed it on the filters. -We also paid to have our locks rekeyed and they never came and rekeyed. -UPS pulled the handle off our gate one time because the fence was so old and brittle. I lived here for 18 months and had a great experience. We moved out for personal reasons (other city) just a few weeks ago, so don’t know how much they’ll keep from the deposit and all those things; but what I do know is that Caitlin, Janie and the Jordans are great! They make your life easier. The maintenance team is fast and they really fix the problems; the girls on the front are very straight forward and willing to help. And yes, water is off many times per week but it is not a big deal, most of the times it’s just for a short time and those cuts are necessary to get the plumbing fixed in other houses (or yours). Definitely would have stayed here if we were still in the area.
