Country Creek Apartments

Jake is horrible to work with. I have ESA animals and they keep making me get multiple letters. Jake told me my dad can drop off my security deposit since I live in another city. Reminder, its my money my dad is dropping off, not his. then proceeds to say “just a reminder no third party can pay your rent like your dad”. when it was literally his idea to have my dad drop off the deposit. and it was never my dads money. that was insulting because I pay for all my own things. DO NOT RENT HERE!

I have been here almost 20 years...in a cottage. There is a 12 inch foundation and mold seeping through the concrete. THEY WERE TOLD TO FIX IT. instead I have had my lease terminated. I gad the city of waukesha check it out. A letter was sent to fix it. Meaning place me in another apt and seal the concrete. The new agent/landlord is a horrible 😫 person. Just today I witnessed a gentleman trying to move into an apartment next to me. He paid money down. He was told today that the apt was not available...yet but he could move into another building and apt he had never seen. He went there..and imtge whole building was moldy...and he went to the basement where he freaked as a mouse ran through! Sorry people.. STAY AWAY.....ESPECIALLY IF THE NAME JACOB COMES UP.
