Overall - the staff here is kind, and decently priced for the location. However, maintenance and tenants letting their dogs off leash on the property made me ready to move out. I was living with exposed, high voltage wiring for 1-2 years after the breaker box was replaced. I was told on numerous occasions during the quarterly pests sprays that it would be taken care of and never was. I am posting the damages I was charged with - again, the charges make sense and I will be paying them. The issue I have with this complex is that they did not care to fix damages they caused, which ultimately exposed me to high risk situations. I'm looking into reporting them to some state department regarding the wiring because I'm certain I am not the only tenant that had to live with exposed wiring. I've be

I've been living here at Country Creek Apartments almost two yrs. Had a Major Maintenance issue..now I forgot his name but he is on site...and I wasn't expecting him to get out in the bad weather but he did just that bless his heat...he fixed the issue under 30 minutes...I thank him so very much!!!!!!!!!! I would definitely recommend Country Creek Apartments for your next home!!! PS. The Ladies in the office Awesome 😎 as well!!!

My tour with Country Creek was excellent. The atmosphere was welcoming and my child enjoyed talking to the ladies in the leasing office! I pray I get approved for them! I really hope that I get approved for them this week! It’s what I’ve been looking for! Thankyou for the tour!

Couldn’t give less than one whole star, but it’s what they deserve. They lure you in with affordable prices but then according to them and not the legal documents you are to sign by yourself, they can change the rent with a 30 day notice. And they can do it as many times as they please within a 12 month period. They can do things as they please and change the due dates for the utilities even though they are through a 3rd party with the apartment and charge a late fee for that. If you are without heat or AC, they do NOT consider it an emergency and will leave you without such things for weeks at a time. Hands down the best place to rent. Staff is amazing, maintenance crew is quick to respond. Apartment *2bdrm 1.75 baths is so roomy. Huge closets and a huge open kitchen.
