Country Club West Apartments

DO NOT RENT HERE. Here are the problems I’ve had since I moved into Country Club West. The paint on the walls is chipping BAD, which I mentioned to them and even put in a maintenance request, and then the request was marked as completed even though no one entered my unit to fix it, so now I’ll get charged when I move out!! My bathroom fan was leaking water, I put in a maintenance request, and it took days for them to even fix it. 🤦‍♀️The neighbors are so noisy, their dogs bark 24/7 from balconies or patios, and they don’t pick up after them. And then they wanna complain about me? I’ve been living here 10 months and have never been able to do laundry properly—my dryer didn’t work when I moved in, and even after they “fixed” it, the washer leaves clothes smelling like mildew and soaking WET.

This is not the place to rent from. We paid what we could up front then got duped into splitting our rent through a company called Flex that works with them, or at least they let this company use their brand. We’ve tried to pay several times but they will only take an “undisputed” in full amount by cashiers check. No break down of utilities or anything. Also, you pay for past control when they don’t do any. They can’t even clean all the spiders nests and nastiness in the the hallways. We can’t even get a mailbox key that works after almost four months!!! Very professional, lol! Not mention nothing has ever actually been fixed by maintenance. They spent several hours in here and left a mess and only made things worse. None of the toilets are even bolted down. They “tried” to fix one over t

This apartment was mediocre at best. There are no ceiling lights in the living room or bedroom (just a plug connected to a switch for a lamp). The apartment was renovated, but I think it honestly looks worse. Those pretty wood cabinets in their photos were painted white, and our shower handle looked incomplete. Utilities were expensive and had formulas that made no sense. Our base rent was $1450, but utilities on top ended up putting us at the high $1500s or $1600s. There is an online portal where you can pay your rent and utilities, but you have to pay like $15 (every month) just to use it. I ended up writing checks, and at one point, there was an error with my bank in getting the check processed and management didn’t let me know until I emailed them to ask why the money wasn’t withdrawn

To add to my post that I made a while back I would like to add now they have German cockroaches I’ve added a picture and an ID of the cockroach down below!!These apartments are possibly the worst staffed apartments in Greeley they don’t give you calls back they don’t update you they follow throw with anything they say, I lived here for 2 years moved out leaving my apartment spotless maybe one or two things on the baseboard but that’s all , they moved me in to a two bedroom that word nasty , inch thick mold and food in the dish washer, filthy carpets , light switch that didn’t work or that fell out the wall completely, dryer was completely packed full of lint doesn’t even dry , this list goes on . Because of a serious safety problem in the property we originally leased, we had to find a new apartment for my daughter. In 12 hours, before we lost our movers for several days and had to return the (full) moving truck... We visited several properties, including Country Club West. The property looks clean and maintained, and our leasing manager Denise was a star! After showing us a great apartment, she turned around the application very quickly, helped us work through the other requirements, and we hit our deadline - in a much nicer place! Very positive experience.
