Country Club Gardens

My experience with those organizing the apartment showings was excellent. The person answering the emails got back to me quickly and worked with my schedule to set up a showing that worked for me. I was told that Doug would be showing me around the available unit. He texted me before my appointment which was truly appreciated because I was running slightly behind schedule. Upon arrival, Doug was very helpful, kind and friendly. You could tell he enjoys what he does. He answered all my questions (none were too silly) and gave me a tour around the grounds. I've been wanting to move into this complex for a whole year! The treatment I received as a future resident solidified my desire to become a long-term resident! Thanks Doug!!

Beautiful building, would be a great place to live, but chose other arrangements in a different part of town. The gentlemen that showed me the apartment was courteous, respectful, answered my questions with all details, and continued to make efforts to correspond with me through emails and phone calls. The building is artistic and would be a great place to live, with probably a lot of good cultural diversity if you like that. Overall, I recommend checking this place if you need a place to live in this area. Right by Novelty places like Casa Bonita and Bars like the Red Coach and The Cordial not really known or utilized for there novelty unless you local, and know why to go to these kind of places.

I love the personality of this property. The retro look of both the interior and exterior give it it's charm. I had lived here for several years. The on site manager, Greg, made all communication with the property easy. I would recommend this property to anyone who is looking for a clean, safe place to live.

Goodbye Wheelhouse/Boutique Property Mgmt/CCG Apartments . Not great living there for 4 years. Volunteered for garden/planters/odd jobs so living there more palatable. Neighborhood is dangerous, noise is awful/constant trash truck at 4:00 am; barking dogs; bldg chiller noise, traffic helicopters overhead. Maintenance sometimes good but now just a joke. Elevator (mine 3rd floor) hasn't worked since December 2016. How could the owner of building think not having an elevator was okay for eight plus months? Elevator still NOT working Aug 2017. Property manager tries hard and is very nice though.

The management company is terrible. the portfolio manager in particular does nothing to maintain the building nor does he do anything to stop the theft regularly occurring in the building. After 5 + years of living there he kicks you out with no explanation at all. Now I see they have raised the rent more than 300 dollars.
