Country Club Apartments

We are so blessed to live in an apartment community where the Management is as caring as this one. Last Friday we were so fortunate to have had a very informative guest speaker from Oak Street Health to share a mountain of information with residents. It was a real game changer for a lot of us!! Thank you Tammy for your continuous care and genuine concern for your residents. YOU make this apartment community a step way above and beyond...a definite 5 star complex!!

I’ve lived here at this complex for the past 4 years and I love it! The quit part I most adore, all my neighbors I’ve came in contact with have been nice and respectful. The area is close to the U of A and down town.

My parents have live in these apartments for decades and I'm sad to say that lately it has gone way down in hill quality. Homeless have been hanging around and digging through trash almost daily and no one does anything about it. My parents laundry has been stolen from the laundry room and it appears that homeless are breaking in there too. Cars on the weekend end up double parking cars in parking spots and when I told management a year ago to put up cameras to monitor or write no parking on the floor so cars don't get double parked and people don't end up being late as a result of it mNager at the office didn't want to do so. Not safe and management doesn't seem to care as much.

Not a bad or great place to live. The pool and hot tub are nice when they work properly. Half the time it is closed for repairs. No security here, someone broke the window out of my car. And it just happened again recently. Lots of theft and homeless people passing through the back alley. I've found people's clothes and drugs in the laundry area. It smells like urine out by the dumpster. Other than that, if you are ok with someone breaking into your vehicle once a year. It's not a bad place.

So…there are a couple of good things about this place and they mostly boil down to location and your neighbors. But, these places are old. They’re constantly digging up holes to fix old plumbing. The big roaches are pretty much a constant during the warmer months. They do pay for electric, but the chiller units they have don’t do very well with temps over 90 so unless you have a portable ac these apartments get really hot. It’s billed as a no smoking property, but people are smoking all the time. The parking lots are like mad max, and you’re gonna have residents either blocking you in or hitting your car and not leaving any information. The laundry rooms are also kind of a nightmare, there are only 8 washers and dryers in total for the whole place. If you’re not on top of moving your cloth
