Country Club Apartments

Reading some of the negative reviews on this page is surprising. I’m in my third year at Country Club Apartments, and I love it here. The rent is extremely affordable with no hidden fees. Having the water included in the rent price is a major plus that most places don’t offer. The property is always clean, and I’ve never had any issues with the office staff. I had an emergency leak one time and maintenance was there within an hour and completely replaced all the piping under my sink. Another time my heat quit working and it was fixed very quickly. The maintenance guys are quick to respond and they clearly know what they are doing. I like the basketball court and the space to walk around within the property. This is a safe place and the location couldn’t be more convenient, we are so close

If I could give zero stars, I would. This property was extremely disappointing overall. Persistent maintenance issues, poor communication, and a lack of accountability made living here stressful rather than comfortable. Concerns were not handled with care or urgency, and the experience ultimately did not feel safe or supportive. I would not recommend this complex to anyone looking for a well-managed place to live.

I just moved here from Texas and I adore this place! Such a wonderful community, especially for the price! I couldn't have picked a better place, and the perfect location!!! Everyone is so friendly too! I will highly recommend Country Club to all my friends.

Country is a nice place to live I’ve been here over a year, just renewed my lease. Also I have to say Jeremy and Robert are the absolute best maintenance technicians ever

Overall this place is awesome and if you're thinking about living here... GO FOR IT! PROS - Great office staff and Mr Robert (the maintenance man is awesome) - Location is great, 10 - 15 minutes from most stores and entertainment - Great value - rent is low for the square footage you get. - Quiet neighborhood for the most part - Lots of amenities that are maintained (tennis court, basketball court, playground, pool, laundry facility.) CONS - Potholes throughout the complex - Depending what building you're in, parking is scarce - Too many kids! As I said if you have an opportunity, this is a great place to live, go for it.
