Matt Loder was an excellent realtor. I had a property that used to be my parents that I needed to sell and I lived 1000 miles away. The thing that made Matt great was that he took care of coordinating everything from clean out of old furniture, painting, plumbing repairs, and other things. Additionally, he would check out the place to ensure everything was good. On another note, even though he was an hour away, he was familiar with Richfield Springs, Canadarago Lake, and lake properties. When I interviewed another realtor that was from the area, that person asked me if the lake allowed motor boats. That told me the person was not experienced with the lake.
