If you're looking for a great realtor ask for Shannon Johnson with Counselor Realty!!! She is amazing!! In 21 days we found and decided and moved into/closed on our new dream house!! She definitely made finding a house to buy in the middle of winter a much easier process then I ever thought imaginable!! Then to top it off on my move in day/closing day she gifted me and my family a super cool grill (one we absolutely needed because ours got left in the frozen ground at our old place) Also if you need a moving truck the company has one you can rent!!! This lady and her company gets a 10/10 from me and my family!!!

Working with Alex Mayer in both buying a new home and selling our old home was a wonderful experience! (April - June 2021) He walked us through every step of the process and was always readily available to answer EVERY question I had. I tend to stress very easily in these type of proceedings and Alex made me feel as if we were his only clients (when he was busy with many)! Working with Counselor Realty in October 2019, to sell my home was a horrible experience. The agent was only interested in a quick sale, with all concessions at my expense. He rejected what I asked him to do and advocated for the Buyers rather than me. He breached 5 out of 6 of his fiduciary duties he was obligated to fulfill as my agent. He pressured me to make every concession asked for by the Buyers, and I received tremendous push back when I didn't comply. My house was supposed to be listed with a contingency that the Seller finds a home to buy and has concurrent same day closings. The agent listed the house on the MLS as a standard listing, and wrote the contingency into a counter offer.
