Council House

The council House apartments is the absolute worst place to live in, it is full of roaches and full of mold, they will not return your deposit and now they owe me three times the amount of my deposit which I have hired an attorney I advise all seniors to stay away from that place and to go somewhere else. I only speak the truth

I've lived here 7 years and have seen nothing but improvements in staff and things getting done. Management is very helpful and courteous. Maintenance is respectful. The building is clean and well maintained. If I have a maintenance concern, it is dealt with immediately, if possible. Very happy living here.

I have been living here for almost 4 years and I believe this place is fantastic! it's awesome to have a porch, so it don't make you feel like you're trapped inside 4 walls, the residence here are very kind and helpful, management is very compassionate and understanding and always greets us with a a smile.

Tried to call for some general information. Not even in the door yet and office staff was very rude and condescending. Will not even consider this place as an option. Seriously learn how to be polite to prospective residents or find a different job!!

The management here was worse than any place I’ve ever lived. They DO NOT care about anything besides money. There are better places to live.
