Cottonwood Ranch Apartments

I moved out in June 2025 but I’m finally getting around to posting my experience living here! I moved into these apts in 2020 during the lockdown so I was only able to do a virtual tour of the unit but the leasing agents and managers were awesome & made sure to be through despite our limitations. The unit was perfect when I moved in & I loved the property! The grass was always well maintained as long as tenants picked up after their dogs, loved the ivy on the buildings & the pool was huge with plenty of space imo. I never had any issues with maintenance requests, even when I’d submit one after hours, expecting not to hear back till the next day, I’d get help soon after! I lived in the corner next Costco where the parking lot was a lot darker at night with some homeless frequently passing b

I recently moved into this complex and at first I was a bit worried because there have been some maintenance issues. My stove broke the first week I was here and instead of making me wait for a new part, Yvette, the manager, had the range changed out with a new one. Just in time for thanksgiving. There’s been a few other maintenance issues but every time I put in a request to have things fixed it’s done in a timely manner and the maintenance gentleman do a great job. The apartment was newly renovated and it’s a great apartment, good size, and reasonably priced. First month here and I’m glad this is the place I chose to call home.

I have lived at this apartment for 10 Years. I have been generally happy here. Maintenance is serviced same day or next day. They are pretty fast with addressing concerns, and will send out mass texts to residents. I recently had an issue and went to Yvette, the property manager. I was very impressed with her customer service. She went above and beyond to help in my situation.

Been here for awhile and I can definitely say Yvette and her team have a very strong Communication when it comes to questions needing to be answered on top of making sure maintenance gets their work orders completed correctly in a timely manner the night security is great to have they make sure everyone’s car is parked in the right spaces and being taken care of out the night from break ins pool and gym are very clean for residences prices seem fair for rental as well we have a three bedroom and it’s not to big or to small it feels just perfect one thing I like is their message contact if you hate calling you can text during hours and get a pretty fast response

Recently had maintenance come to fix my toilet, it would not stop running. I believe the maintenance guys name was Rob, older fello and really nice. He was clean and on point with his task, I was 100% satisfied.
