Cottonwood Creek Apartments

First off I love the new property management that took over! Sandra is absolutely a wonderful person. Easy to talk to when you have any problems they generally get fixed. The renovations that they did was absolutely stunning! I am in disbelief. I’m not from Nebraska and honestly this is the second place that I’ve rented from and this is the best place I have rented from. I love the layout. I love the new renovations that they did to the apartments. They added washers and dryers to the units when I moved in a couple of months ago I was renting from Rent-A-Center so for me, this is a money saver. I would definitely recommend them if you’re interested I would reach out to them. They do have some amazing offers for new tenants.🤗 see pics below

The people at Cottonwood Creek are amazing and so great! The communication is so easy and I’ve never had a hard time trying to ask for help or get my question answered! The apartments are beautiful, spacious, and have great amenities. Overall love the experience here and would recommend to anyone!

I moved here 5 years ago was pleasantly pleased with my apartment. Then it went to shits. As soon as cottonwood changed ownership it turned back into a pleasant place to live. All apartments are getting renovated and the community grounds are getting updated. I can’t wait to see the end results. Love. Love. Living here. Maintenance is on top of things that need fixed. The office personal are very friendly and kind.

We have simply been amazed by Sandra and the whole team with Cottonwood Creek! We have lived on the property for 3 years, which also brought 3 new owners..while we had so much frustration prior to Prime Sites taking over, they have exceeded our expectations! We now feel safe with cameras and secured doors, comfortable with brand new appliances (and Washer and Dryer!) and new windows that keep the cold out now! Although it is a bit chaotic with all the remodel we are happy we chose to stay and be apart of Cottonwood Creek!

I absolutely love the team over at cottonwood creek apartment they have excellent customer service very easy to communicate with and they will work with you on whatever the move in process and whatever other concerns you may have I’m not from Nebraska and they have been the best encounter I’ve had since I’ve been in Lincoln Sandra and Amy should be recognized for all the hard work they put in they just have a heart a gold I would definitely recommend this place to anybody that’s looking for a new home or a new place to start!!!💕🩷🥰
