$1 App Fee $1 Administration Fee, Beautiful upgraded units. The monthly price is affordable. I did some shopping and found their prices are lower than the surrounding complexes. The units are super spacious, I was honestly surprised. They have a play park, gym, pool and dog park. Located near freeway!

We recently moved to this complex without touring beforehand after living about an hour away. The move-in process was very smooth and the woman who assisted us, Yesenia, was knowledgeable, helpful and very friendly! The apartment itself is decent, no major issues. There were a few screws missing in various areas, some of the ceiling plaster in one of the bathrooms was falling (which they fixed quickly) and the flooring is decently scratched/dented which we are trying to get the office to fix because it's a nuisance on our feet but otherwise the updates they have made to the sinks, the backsplash, etc. are very nice. Been here almost a month. The leasing process was good, and so was the leasing special. Not an updated unit, but it’s good for the price. The grounds could be kept up better. The amount of vagrants that hang around the front of the apartments is alarming, but the front gate is now always closed. Parking is horrible. They do have reserved parking, but with a waitlist. Some residents have 3 reserved parking spaces. Upon moving in I requested pest control to come because we saw bugs(roaches and spiders). Card was left saying pest control had came(we were out of town) but I’m skeptical they did anything as bugs are still present in the bathroom. Love my apartment… but out of 8 washers there shouldn’t be only two that work. AND THIS IS Unacceptable. I couldn’t even wash my clothes because I was so scared!

I am so over it with this apartment complex I do not recommend moving here at all . Me and my sister have been dealing with a bug INFESTATION for MONTHS and no resolution has come from the complex . We have been dealing with this since before the new management . Before the old management told us to just spray and if it got worse they would send someone out . The issue then got worse . We then had to go up to the office to get them to send out someone . They said we had to wait for pest control because they only do it on Thursday’s and made us wait in an infested apartment for pest control . After pest control came I let the office know that the bugs were still not gone and they said it would take a day or two and left a spray for us to use which did absolutely nothing .
