Heartbreaking. Don’t rent from him. I thought he was very nice, honest man. I paid $1,850 security deposit for a month to month rental, and left the place cleaner than when I arrived. He told me if I drove an hour to meet him one day, we’d “settle up” and he’d give me some of my deposit back. I waited an hour and he never showed. His assistant said if I left my address they’d mail a check. They never did. That place was so immaculate I should have been due the whole deposit as no prep work would be needed for next tenant. Instead, I was lied too. My calls and texts are ignored.
Excellent guy. Good person to do business with honest
