Updated review (2025/12/14): At the time of writing, the leasing team assisted with resolving long standing issues regarding the delivery of mail, and parcels and availability of covered/locked parking. The area is a new development with spacious units, ample walking space and green areas. The area doesn't feel overcrowded and features a controlled-communal area that includes a well-equipped gym for the residents.

This community is amazing. The cottages are like a castle. So many amenities. I love it. I'll love it for sure when I get to move in.

I just met and dealt with Danielle Wallman, property manager, and as someone whose both lived outside of southern colorado but is also a native... you will not find a happier person. The properties are beautiful, the prices are insanely low for the current market... they are running fantastic lease options. I will be leasing a cottage as I transition back from Washington, until I find a home to buy.

Do not recommend. We were sadly disappointed with our experience. My husband and I were really excited to view these as Pueblo doesn’t have a lot of options like this. Schedule an appointment just like the other review got a confirmation and showed up at 10 AM on Saturday and the office was locked and nobody was there. I called the number provided on the front door and A woman informed me that somebody should be there and if they aren’t, they might be around the corner and she will try to get a hold of them. Finally, a man showed up And from the get-go, the interaction was really off. When we got to the office, there was stuff on the chairs and the office was disorganized. ⭐ 1/10 Do not rent here unless you want your life to be public entertainment. I’m a veteran with service-connected PTSD, and management couldn’t care less. When I moved in, there was no dog park, no path, nothing—now tenants carry their dogs from their apartments to my courtyard just to use my rocks as a bathroom. One even watched my TV through my window while his dog pooped on my property—on Christmas Eve. My bed-facing window is 12 feet from the dog park path, so anyone strolling by can see me in bed. I was woken up by a conversation outside my window, and when I opened the blinds, a construction worker was leaning on my window like it was his living room.
