Cottages at Tucson

Great Place to Live! I’ve really enjoyed my time living at The Cottages at Tucson. The community has a friendly, welcoming vibe, and the layout of the cottages makes it feel more like a neighborhood than a typical apartment complex. The amenities are a big plus, the pool area is always clean and perfect for relaxing, and the clubhouse is a great spot to hang out or study. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the staff is always kind and professional. I also love how the property is kept up — the landscaping is nice, and it always feels safe and well-lit at night. The location is super convenient for getting to campus with the shuttle that’s provided, and having your own cottage-style home instead of a shared hallway makes a huge difference in privacy and comfort. Can’t recommend the Cottages enough! Safe, fabulous amenities, wonderful staff and exceptional customer service in person and over the phone. Highly recommend for living here, you will be treated wonderfully. Also, it is safe and very community oriented! Have I mentioned how great the staff is? Five stars!

This is a great place for college kids to live. There are many amenities that make the apartments feel like a hotel. The parties the cottages management host are so much fun and always bring in new and exciting features! The interior of the apartment is so nice compared to other apartments around the UofA. The shuttle is so reliable and is one of my favorite parts so I can save money! I definitely recommend these apartments! They are the best!

DO NOT LEASE HERE!!! I was a 3 year resident at Cottages at Tucson, but it is all smoke and screens. You’re presented nice pictures, amazing social media with pool parties, constant perks, but it’s all just to lure college students in, so they can drain all your money. They take advantage of the fact that we are college students and would not complain about proper maintenance of the units, or safety and security of the grounds. Office management does not truly care about the property or its residents. I have gone through countless issues with them, from hundreds of dollars of incorrect charges of utilities to several pipe leaks throughout the property. I will attach images of the pipe that burst in 2024 as result of failed maintenance request that a roommate put in and they never attended

This is a great option for student housing. Management is always kind and provides help when needed. I personally like that these are more like townhomes, which allows for more space between roommates and even hang outs with friends! If you are looking for a place that has great amenities, not too far from campus, and has a sense of community, the cottages is a great choice:)
