Cottages at Bell Station Apartments

The management and maintenance team have been phenomenal. From our initial walk thru and signing we have had a great experience. The maintenance team, Heath, has been responsive and very timely in our requests. The overall complex is small and very quiet. Will give an update in 6 months but so far so awesome.

Mr. Heath was such a great help to me. The maintenance team here is top tier. Not only did he make me a happier tenant, he took time to educate me on a few other things as well. I love this community and I’m happy to be here. I love the support that’s here.

I had a tour scheduled for 9/26/25 at 9am. No one was in the office. I texted the number, waited 20 minutes and no one showed up - didn't receive any notification until the next day asking if I wanted to reschedule. Even after then I was still interested, so I reached out again. I ended up getting ahold of someone named Sarah, and she was responsive at first, but its now been 4 days since my last message and I haven't received a reply. So I went to the leasing office today to speak to someone in person, and they had a sign that said the office would be closed for the remainder of the day. It looks like such a nice property but if they are this unresponsive to prospective residents I wonder how accessible they are to their actual residents.

Under new management and ownership. They’re doing a great job! The Cottages at Bell Station Is a great place to live. Beautiful gated community and a great neighborhood. Fantastic culture and demon place that has made these cottage style apartment living a very family friendly community. The friendly team and culture of this community makes all the difference. Come, check it out! You will be very impressed!

After moving out, my security deposit was never returned, and there was zero communication or updates from management. They routinely ignore Texas law, which mandates returning deposits within 30 days of lease end. Rent here only if you don’t mind your rights being disregarded.
