Cotner Center Condominium

This is senior living condos. My grandpa has lived there for over 20 years and very much enjoys it! They offer nightly meals at a reasonable price. They have different activities throughout the week to participate in like darts, cornhole, music, and coffee and dessert just to name a few!

My best friend lives here. We visited and found the building safe secure and very clean. It’s a quiet place Everyone we met while coming and going was very kind. Sure wish we could move back to Lincoln.

Condos vary in sizes and some are outdated. I'm planning on updating so it works for me. There's assigned parking but tight. Garages are rentable but seniority based. Not kool! There is serious restrictions on who may live there. Criminal check with fingerprinting required at your cost. Property owners has first rights to deny application and pricing NOT owner of Condo. If property owners ok you and Condo owner ok you then you have a green light to purchase. There is dining and meals provided for small fee ($7-8), in house mailboxes, in house: laundry, gym, auditorium/theatre, garden area, open parlor areas to visit, guest rooms for visitors (don't know if there's a cost but I'm sure you have to call for vacancy and ask for cost), social plans are posted for in house activities and I'm s

Very friendly place, I have a relative who stays here. Some of the parking policies are dated, but that's to be expected with a senior living community.

Older building but we'll maintained and not too far from the malls. Has some hotel rooms that I had never heard about but saw recently.
