If I could give zero stars I would. We hired Costain Construction 16 months ago to build our new home. I've never seen such ineptness in a business. They’ve either never built a house or are just that bad at it. It has turned building our dream home into a complete nightmare. So many promises and deadlines were made and not met. Don’t believe a single word these people say. I'm still waiting on several mistakes to be fixed, things that Jim Costain told me were no big deal (at least 2 months ago). I still don't have the custom front door that I paid for about a year ago. COMPLETE NIGHTMARE!
