From the moment I moved in, the staff has always treated me with kindness, respect, and real care. Whenever I needed anything, they responded quickly and made sure the issue was handled the right way. The office team is always friendly, helpful, and willing to go the extra mile. They made me feel valued, heard, and supported, and that means so much. The maintenance team is also amazing—professional, fast, and dependable. This has truly been a peaceful, safe, and welcoming place to call home. I appreciate everything they’ve done for me, and I would definitely recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live with people who genuinely care.

I recently took a tour and applied for an apartment here, and I had a wonderful experience. The manager, Blanca, went above and beyond to make the entire process so smooth. She greeted us with a smile and I don’t think I ever saw the smile leave her face. You can tell she takes pride in her job. She was professional, patient, and very informative as she took her time to answer all my questions. If the management is a reflection of the living experience, I know this will be a great place to call home!"

Any issue I’ve had was resolved in a timely manner, and the team always communicates well throughout the process. Overall, it’s a well-run community with people who truly take pride in their work. If your in the market for a new apartment home then i recommend Costa Biscaya Apartments. They checked off all the boxes on my list: The varierty of stores nearby and the schools are with in a decent distance. The experience i had with the team overall from the first phone call, has been friendly, attentive and professional. From the beginning of my search , to the day or my tour and lease signing day. I've have had all positive interactions with my my neighbors and even an after renewing my lease the maintenance teams is the consistency i look for to keep up with the wear and tear from renters.
